&lt;p&gt;Been super busy with schoolwork so haven’t posted much.  2 dishes I have made recently; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tofu, walnut, grape salad with earth balence vegan mayo.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1-2 Handful almonds soaked, large handful of cilantro, one lemon juiced, 2 cloves of garlic. Sunflower or olive oil.  Blended together or processed.  (I added water to my blender as needed to blend smooth.)&lt;/p&gt;

Picture 1: Dehydrated beets and carrots sprinkled with cinnamon.  Picture 2: sprouted quinoa tabbouleh salad with olives and sundried tomatoes and vegan feta cheese (the tofu said “sprouted” but this may not be raw). Picture 3: Dehydrated kale chips And Picture 4: sprouted mung beans to add to salad.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Today for breakfast I made a green smoothie with green tea matcha, it  is green tea powder with tons of antioxidants. The smoothie had home  made almond milk, banana and kale. I am pretty sure it is going to be my  breakfast for the foreseeable future. Today I also made myself a beet  juice. And for dinner raw soup with tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, salt,  pepper and avocado.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Yesterday I made double mean green to drink during the day and at  night I made some yummy almond milk and chocolate pudding with avocado.  (I have a picture of it posted for day 4)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So the fast is slowly  morphing into raw foods, It feels very natural and intuitive.  I am so  excited to share some pictures of my raw pasta soon!  I have been making  food plans and searching yummy recipes. (thanks for all the help!)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My next goal is to get my  Ashtanga practice back.  I was a hardcore Ashtangi until I injured  myself, and I haven’t really gotten my practice back fully.  But I feel ready, my body is slowly losing the excess weight and I don’t feel sluggish or heavy anymore. Raw foods goes perfect with a daily yoga practice.
